1) Not completely as advertised - I needed a wider shower curtain to wrap around my clawfoot bathtub. I used a combination of a regular clear shower curtain liner (72" x 72") and this longer shower curtain (102" x 72") to wrap the full circumference of the tub.
The thickness of this liner truly is lightweight - probably the thinnest they could possibly make this material. I'm using it on the side of the tub against the wall where it will not be moved to enter/exit, so we'll see how it holds up. The description of the liner says it has metal grommets, but the photo and the liner I was sent do not. This is unfortunate because the material is so thin it really needs the added reinforcement. However, the description also says the wrong curtain size... It's disappointing that the company was so lazy it just copy/pasted another product's stats, thus misleading a customer.

2) Very thin - I have plastic wrap that is thicker. It will work until I can find a heavy liner. There is no odor, it is long and wide enough and the water runs off of it very well. My only gripe is that it is so thin who knows how long it will last.
